1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Subscription Plans
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your TutAR account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to subscription features will continue until that time.
- Pro-rata refunds are not provided for partially used subscriptions.
1.2 Trial Periods & Promotional Offers
- Some TutAR plans include a free trial period. Cancelling during the trial period results in no charges.
- Promotional or discounted offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
- Subscription Fees: Refunds are generally not provided, except in the following cases:
- Technical issues caused by TutAR that prevent platform access and cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription.
- Digital Products: Purchases of downloadable or digital content (e.g., 3D models, AR assets) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Workshops, Events, and Training: Refunds for participant cancellations will be processed as follows:
- 100% refund if canceled 7 days before the scheduled date.
- 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the scheduled date.
- No refund if canceled within 3 days of the event.
2.2 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via [support@tutar.app] or through the support section of your TutAR account.
- Requests should include:
- Full name and email associated with the TutAR account.
- Reason for the cancellation/refund.
- Supporting evidence if applicable (e.g., details of technical issues).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
- No refunds will be issued for custom-developed solutions or consulting services once delivered and accepted.
- Infusory Future Tech Labs Private Limited reserves the right to deny refunds for abuse of the system or violations of the Terms of Service.
4. Modifications to the Policy
Infusory Future Tech Labs Private Limited reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying users via registered email.
